One-Ear Mickey

Today I am going to just post a couple of pictures of the same image. One taken from the right, the other taken from the left. You will notice that in both perspectives the mouse is missing an ear. Well, think about that, and think about what happened to that ear. This painting was inspired from a photograph I took while in Sonoma County, California, August 31, 2008.

Stay tuned.

Was Mickey lending an ear to someone in Cincinnati? Maybe he was trying to learn about toxic assets and how deregulations have caused such pain to so many.

Notice that regardless of whether you view Mickey from the right or the left, he is still missing an ear. Yes, we need to bring attention to the fact that toxic assets, toxic bond credit ratings and deregulation on a wide front have left us all in pain. Toys, foods and drywall have all caused Americans pain.
