- Retired after working with investment securities and portfolios for over 35 years. My interest in politics, history and the economy will provide a jump off for moneythoughts. Beer, by the way, is good for you. It will help you heal. Of course, do NOT drink beer when you're on pain meds. It can be counterproductive.
Yes, I am sure a cold beer would taste good, but since I am on painkillers, I'll pass.
More beer and forget the meds. Stock up and get better.
